Operations Intern

It’s time to put what you’ve learned in the classroom to work as an Operations Intern. The purpose of the internship is to provide meaningful professional hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and leadership potential. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across operations that may vary from assisting on deliverables related to on-going initiatives or leading new initiatives. You will interact with stakeholders at all-levels inside and outside the organization.


Internship Experience

  • Actively lead an assigned project in one of the following disciplines based on your area of interest- Purchasing, Material Management, Warehouse Operations, Safety, Logistics, Job Start, and more
  • Collaborate with teams outside of internal operations to obtain input and insights to successfully complete your project
  • Present your findings to our Leadership Team
  • Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Supervisor support and 1:1 coaching
  • Company provided training opportunities throughout the summer


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Actively working towards a bachelor’s degree in a Business related major – Operations/Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Construction Management, Logistics, etc.
  • Self-motivated professional who demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and products
  • Eager to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Embraces new situations and challenges
  • Hard work ethic, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Intellectually curious
